What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone number, date of birth, address and password (stored as a one-way hash).

Identity verification: your government ID, driver's license, a live selfie, proof of address and, for US residents, your Social Security Number. ID numbers and SSNs are encrypted before storage, and uploaded documents are encrypted on disk.

Account activity: deposits, withdrawals, trades, balances, bank details you add for withdrawals, and security events.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and logs needed to run and protect the service.

How we use it

To verify who you are, run your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and regulatory obligations, send you service messages (such as login codes and security alerts) and answer your questions.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the service (for example email delivery, payment processing, market data and hosting) and with authorities or regulators when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open and for as long as the law requires afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used. Some information must be kept to meet legal duties. To make a request, write to support@invexachain.com.

Security

We protect information with encryption, access controls, two-factor authentication and logging of administrator actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please also protect your own password and devices.

Children

Our services are not for anyone under 18.
